The Orchid is coming up on the site owned by North East Karnataka Road Transport Corporation(NEKRTC) which has been leased out to the promoters of Ambizione infrastructure pvt ltd, Gulbarga - A special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed for the purpose, vide Registered lease Agreement No.7365/12-13 Dated 13--9-2-12 for a period of 33 years.

Current Status
